MJD Venture Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations, growth, and governance of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring regulatory compliance in Singapore, and managing key stakeholders and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company objectives
• Oversee daily operations, financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Develop and implement business development and expansion strategies
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements (ACRA, MOM, IRAS)
• Review, approve, and manage major contracts, investments, and commercial decisions
• Lead and supervise senior management and operational teamsMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Represent MJD Venture Pte Ltd in negotiations, meetings, and official engagements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a Director or Senior Management role
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and organisational skills
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and corporate governance
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related services industries will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
