Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in requirements engineering.
• Experience in E-commerce or Hospitality is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business needs analysis.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to design user-centric solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and specifications.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation such as BRDs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and automation initiatives.
