About QxDigital Asia
QxDigital Asia is an outsourced partner of Singtel, supporting both residential and business customers with broadband, mobile (SIM‑only and with handset), and TV subscription services in Singapore. You will work closely with real estate agents, companies, and educational institutions to help new arrivals get connected quickly and smoothly.
Role Overview
This is a sales‑focused role for someone who is fast, responsive and opportunity‑driven. You will convert leads from real estate agents, corporate clients and universities into activations for broadband, mobile and TV services, ensuring a simple and positive experience for customers who are new or returning to Singapore.
What You Will Do
- Receive and manage leads from real estate agents, HR / corporate contacts, and university partners.
- Quickly respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, mobile and email, providing clear recommendations on broadband, mobile and TV plans.
- Understand customer needs (home size, usage patterns, budget, contract duration, business vs personal) and propose suitable Singtel solutions.
- Guide customers through the sign‑up process, collect required information, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service activation.
- Proactively look for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities (e.g. adding mobile lines, TV packages, or upgrading plans).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and closed sales.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with referring partners (agents, companies, schools) to keep the pipeline active.

Requirements
- Strong responsiveness on mobile and email; you check and reply promptly during agreed working hours.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using messaging apps, email, basic spreadsheets/CRM tools and online forms.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, especially in telco, real estate, banking, hospitality or education, but not strictly required.
- Open to all ages and races; what matters most is attitude, speed of response and reliability.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time (especially for part‑time/freelance arrangements).
