Role Overview
The Product Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the full lifecycle of digital healthcare and marketplace solutions — from ideation and development to launch, optimization and scale. This role collaborates closely with technology, marketing, operations and clinic teams to drive digital adoption, elevate the user experience and ensure Fullerton Health’s digital marketplace and healthcare initiatives deliver measurable value to both customers and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Management
- Assist in defining and crafting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital healthcare and marketplace solutions
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across technology, marketing, operations, legal and clinic teams to align product requirements, execution and release timelines
- Monitor and synthesize product KPIs, usage metrics, and qualitative user feedback (along with market research) to identify and propose opportunities for enhancements
- Support backlog grooming and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on new features and enhancements
- Craft and maintain high‑quality product documentation and demos for users and stakeholders
- Marketplace & eCommerce Operations
- Support the management and operations of Fullerton Health’s digital marketplace, including product listings, content updates, and addressing customer queries
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, cart abandonment) and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to onboard new health products and services, and to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, workflows and platform infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations across all digital listings and transactions
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to drive product discoverability, conversion rates and user engagement through targeted campaigns
- Project Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies between Product, IT, and external vendors
- Prepare meeting materials, status reports, and documentation for product reviews or steering meetings
- Track project budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts where required
- MarTech & Digital Enablement
- Support the implementation and integration of MarTech tools (e.g., CRM, analytics)
- Assist in configuring and optimizing automation workflows and segmentation logic to enhance conversion and retention
- Collaborate with IT, legal and vendors to ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Management, UX Design or eCommerce operations, preferably within the healthcare, tech or service industries
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, healthcare ecosystems, health‑tech platforms, or regulated environments is an advantage
We are seeking a versatile and driven individual who has:
- A passion for building and launching digital products, and a strong interest across multiple domains including design, legal, finance, operations and marketing
- Good understanding of digital platforms, UX principles, and customer journeys
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects and stakeholders across diverse functions and seniority levels
- Keen analytical skills with an attention to detail , with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and support decision‑making
- Confidence collaborating across cross‑functional teams that span both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)
- Experience with product management and design tools (e.g. Figma, Jira)
- A basic understanding of system design, APIs and software engineering
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
