A leading fintech company in Singapore is looking for a Digital Product Support Specialist to provide technical, marketing, and operational support for digital products. The role involves analyzing product usage data, interacting with customers in Mandarin, and supporting product enhancements. Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and have 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Provide front-line technical, Marketing and operational support for digital products, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or product managers.
Extract, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify trends, user behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
Interactdirectly with customers and stakeholders in Mainland China and Southeast Asia (primarily in Mandarin) to gather feedback, provide technical assistance, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth product adoption.
Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on operational data, user feedback, and market analysis. Support the implementation and testing of new features.
Create and maintain clear documentation for product features, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
