Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the beauty industry, focusing on brand awareness, community engagement, and e-commerce growth.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, e-commerce platforms, and influencer networks.
Content & Brand Communication
- Create and oversee engaging beauty-related content (short videos, tutorials, lifestyle visuals, campaigns) that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Drive growth and engagement across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Identify and collaborate with beauty KOLs/KOCs to strengthen brand visibility and product adoption.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns to boost traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Market Trends & Consumer Insights
- Monitor beauty industry trends and consumer behavior to adjust digital marketing tactics.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to maintain a strong market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing field.
- Strong track record in social media management, influencer marketing, and e-commerce promotion.
- Hands-on experience with beauty-related content creation and storytelling.
- Familiar with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or equivalent.
- Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
