Overview

We are looking for a talented and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms. The primary goal of this role is to drive conversions and revenue growth through our Shopify-based e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative — capable of developing compelling ad creatives, managing full campaign lifecycles, and refining strategies through data-driven insights. A solid grasp of Shopify, performance analytics, and visual storytelling for digital advertising is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads to maximise revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Create engaging static and video ad creatives tailored to each platform’s specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign metrics closely and refine strategies to achieve or surpass KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Manage Shopify backend components influencing campaign outcomes, including landing pages, tagging, product listings, and pixel integration.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and web teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, and landing pages to identify top-performing combinations.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to derive insights and enhance funnel performance.
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, creative best practices, and algorithm changes across major ad platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of practical experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, including understanding how catalogues, landing pages, and tracking setups influence ad performance.
  • Strong design capabilities for producing effective ad creatives in both static and video formats; proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager).
  • Experience in full-funnel optimisation and mapping customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and independence.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with dynamic remarketing and product feed optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, or additional marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of copywriting principles for paid advertising.
