Duties
- Responsible for executing strategy and tactics of digital, online/social media plan of action, tools and systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage the entire digital marketing funnel – from campaign ideation and targeting to optimization and performance analysis.
- Develop content creation and ensure translation of concepts into actual execution and deployment of tools and materials into the field.
- Ensure proper visual materials for Digital/Online marketing activities (videos, photos, etc.).
- Digital support to generating leads to Commercial operations (Digital ads/social media campaigns/online tools).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate external vendors or freelancers where relevant.
Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and brand storytelling.
- Content creation (hands‑on) of multimedia content for social media platforms.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform agile content creation.
- Engage with followers and build community relationships that reinforce brand loyalty.
Content, Creative & AI Integration
- Lead content strategy and production for web, social, and email channels.
- Maintain a consistent, engaging visual and written identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities.
- Use AI‑powered tools (Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Pika, DALL·E, or equivalent) to create innovative images, videos, and marketing assets.
Website & Platform Management
- Oversee and manage company website using WordPress and Bricks Builder.
- Ensure proper management of landing pages, campaign hubs, and microsites to support marketing objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices to maximize search visibility and organic growth.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Produce and present digital marketing reports and analyses highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Track KPIs across all digital channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, and website performance).
- Email and CRM Marketing where relevant (Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and support retention).
- Utilize CRM data to personalize outreach and measure campaign performance.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years’ experience in digital marketing combining strategy and creative execution, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skilled in digital campaigns, online advertising, website management (WordPress required), and multimedia/AI‑based content creation.
- Experience managing vendors, supporting sales‑driven marketing initiatives, and using analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and customer journey optimization.
