• Position Title: Digital Marketing &SEO Executive
• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarder
• Working Location: Central Marymount
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for strengthening the SEO performance of our company websites and executing digital marketing initiatives to support business growth
• Managing content publication schedules helping to optimize content across various formats and supporting more advanced SEO tasks such as content localization, creating topic lists, developing backlink strategies, building landing pages, managing digital assets and conducting competitor research
• Search Engine Optimization: Conduct keyword research (root keywords and long‑tail keywords) based on service verticals, organize keywords into strategic clusters for content planning, monitor and review SEO ranking progress periodically, and set up analytics frameworks to track digital performance metrics
• Website Development & Management: Research and identify suitable domain and web‑hosting providers, assist in building website infrastructure and creating new pages, maintain and update website content in line with best SEO practices
• Content Editing & Management: Edit articles and content by adding internal links, meta descriptions, anchor texts, images, and other SEO elements; proofread and fact‑check all content for accuracy and consistency; ensure uniform formatting, tone, fonts, and visuals
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for websites, landing pages, marketing materials, and social media posts
• Data & Analytics: Set up tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console, analyze SEO performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous optimization

Application Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Marketing or Communications or related study
• Min. 1 year of experience in a related field
• Familiar with SEO knowledge
• Hands‑on experience in Website & Content Management Systems (WordPress CMS Block Editor, WPBakery or Elementor) and SEO & Analytics Tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush); Image Editing & Graphic Design Tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Photo/Designer, Canva, Microsoft Designer)
• Video Editing Tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus
