Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive, Creative thinker who is still able to work both independently and as a part of a team.
This person directly owns the performance outcomes for our e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the copywriting, email marketing as well as the creation of product listing across existing and future platforms.
He / She will report directly to the head of marketing. He / she is expected to work closely with the team leader to ensure that digital strategies are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements including web / SEO / SEM / Social media / e-commerce sites to increase traffic and brand awareness.
- Creation of product listings and crafting of product write-ups on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Amazon and any other future platforms)
- Implementing Facebook and Google Ads Campaign
- Working closely with sales team to strategize campaigns for lead generation activities
- Report and / or fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Continually monitor page rank on Google, and optimize our admin page to ensure we are above the fold for all relevant keywords & search terms.
Social Media Marketing
- Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan across all new and existing social media channels to drive acquisition performance KPIs
- Planning of social media calendar, brainstorming ideas, content creation and execution to meet all performance objectives
- Conceptualising and creating engaging content and banners across platforms
- Track success of social media initiatives and ensure set KPIs are met by analysing key data, metrics and insights of respective digital media platforms
- Ensure quality control of the company’s relevant conversations and responses in social media and marketplaces.
Email Marketing
- Craft compelling and results-driven email marketing and banners
- Drive initiatives to grow email database and optimize EDM objectives like open rates, click through and conversions
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related fields
- At least 1-2 years proven track‑record of executing high conversion social media marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Good understanding of e-commerce would be preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Adobe Suite (preferred).
- Products Photography skills would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in using / managed the Ecommerce Platforms and Social Media Marketing.
