Overview

We are seeking a DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This role requires a creative individual, with excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI). The ability to learn quickly, adapt new skills, and work independently are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop unique marketing content via emails, social media posts, etc. for individual campaign strategies.
• Shorten marketing preparation processes, harness Gen-AI to develop engaging contents.
• Providing different solutions to clients for them to engage customers using Gen-AI powered chat boxes, searching for information, personalised recommendations or reservations.
• The proposed solutions will free up manpower to optimize efficiency & customer experience.
• Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities.
• Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch.
• Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Gen-AI or related discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Gen-AI environment (in Sales or in Operations).
• Able to do presentation to all corporate levels with confidence.
