Job Description

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content tailored to each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  3. Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
  4. Plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating funds to various channels effectively.
  5. Use A/B testing to enhance digital marketing performance.
  6. Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to provide actionable insights and recommendations, generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  7. Drive performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
  8. Plan and execute viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
  9. Lead and manage SEO/SEM efforts, optimize landing pages, and leverage analytics tools effectively.
  10. Develop and propose creative and data-driven marketing ideas for campaigns to effectively promote our products and brand across various platforms.
  11. Perform other administrative duties, special tasks, and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM efforts and optimizing landing pages.
  2. Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  3. Demonstrable expertise in performance marketing and campaign management across various digital channels.
  4. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and deliver insights.
  5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  6. Creative and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary Package : Basic ($2800 to $3500 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
