About the Role

To oversee the development, operations, and governance of a large-scale cloud-based Digital Platform supporting enterprise applications. This role involves managing platform operations, driving compliance, and collaborating closely with internal teams and appointed partners to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Operations Management

• Lead, plan, and oversee day-to-day operations of the MCC/DF Digital Platform.
• Manage enterprise common services, DevSecOps pipelines, and associated tools.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and performance in accordance with service-level expectations.
• Coordinate support activities, liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and authorities.

Project & Service Delivery

• Serve as the PM/SM responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track operational tasks, risks, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, governance, and operational frameworks.

Technical Advisory & Compliance

• Provide expert guidance on solution design, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to compliance, regulatory, and security standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

People & Vendor Management

• Lead and supervise technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or IT project management.
• Experience in defence or public sector environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise digital services.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, compliance frameworks, and cloud governance.
