Job description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to advance digital transformation projects for Singaporean government agencies!

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents.
• Works closely with Project Manager/Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation.
• Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
• Coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in low code development (PEGA, Outsystems, Servicenow, etc.)
• Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in E-services applications/systems.
• Hands-on technical know-how on cloud environment and end-to-end deployment/migration.
