Working Hours

Working Hours: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Support research operations by managing the end-to-end research participant recruitment process, including screening, scheduling, and logistics management.




• Design and plan user research studies to gather meaningful insights for product owners.




• Assist team members in conducting research studies, including face-to-face interviews.




• Perform basic data analysis and processing to extract valuable information from research findings.




• Support team members in translating unstructured qualitative data from fieldwork into actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.




• Basic understanding of user research methods such as usability tests, surveys, and focus group discussions.




• Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.




• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.




• Experience in problem-solving and analytical thinking.




• Organised approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
