Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution.
• Be a technically savvy, dynamic leader with demonstrable hands-on support for CI/CD toolsets, combined with strong infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise.
• Work as part of a cross-functional product development group in a fast-paced environment, ensuring modern technology and processes are utilized.
• Support and maintain the entire DevOps pipelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from requirements gathering to successful implementation and onboarding of DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with vendors to set up centralized DevOps solutions following market best practices and industry standards for ease of support.
• Work with vendors to upgrade the DevOps tools farm and integrate tools.
• Lead analysis and resolution of root causes for test orchestration and environment-related issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, including writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills.
• Stay current with industry trends and lead development of key DevOps, runtime, and operational innovation platforms.

Requirements

Must:

• Deep technical background with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).
• Experience with different build strategies.
• Deep technical background on Kubernetes deployment processes.
• Good knowledge of maintaining/deploying secrets in Kubernetes.
• Experience in setting up Jira workflows.
• Experience customizing Jira and setting up Confluence spaces.
• Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines as a centralized solution.
• Experience in DevOps governance, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Experience in setting up DevOps pipelines in internal and external cloud offerings.
• Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (JUnit, SonarCube, Veracode, etc.).
• Automation experience with Python, Chef, Ruby and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience in virtualization, cloud infrastructure and related technologies.
• A strong passion for infrastructure as code and related automation and provisioning tools.
• Proven track record of being results-oriented with the ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
