Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-user device lifecycle, including receiving, provisioning, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning of laptops and related IT assets.
• Receive laptop stock deliveries, perform stock counts, record asset details, and ensure accurate inventory tracking and storage in accordance with asset management procedures.
• Support device deployment via automated or self-service lockers, including preparation, configuration, placement, and retrieval of devices.
• Coordinate and perform transportation of deployed laptops and IT assets between offices and designated locations.
• Administer endpoint and device management platforms to enforce device configuration, security, and compliance policies.
• Provide Level 2 support for device-related incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting of hardware, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, asset records, and deployment logs to support audits and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on repairs, replacements, and warranty matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in device management, asset management, or IT operations in an enterprise or public sector environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems and endpoint management tools.
• Ability to handle physical asset operations, including lifting, storage, and transportation of IT equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, record‑keeping skills, and ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
