Job summary

A technology consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Technician to perform asset management of infrastructure and computing devices. The role involves providing technical support for Windows, iOS, and Android platforms, alongside training users on device usage. Ideal candidates should have at least a Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related role. This position also includes helpdesk duties and assisting the Team Leader with Windows Server patching.

• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.
• Willing to backup Team Leader for Windows Server patching, report extracting duties.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a recognized Nitec / Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
