Desktop Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer to provide essential IT support to our users locally and remotely. This entry‑level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and deploy desktop / laptop computers and workstations
  • Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Manage device inventory and perform hardware repairs/reimaging
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on client machines
  • Provide remote technical support to offshore teams
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting and administration knowledge
  • Familiarity with desktop / laptop hardware and assembly
  • Basic networking and Active Directory understanding
  • Experience with remote support tools (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Customer service oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Eager to learn new technologies
