An IM3 Asia Desktop Engineer is an IT support role focused on providing technical assistance for client-side hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT peripherals, and user account management. Key Responsibilities

  • User Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users, both on-site and remotely.

  • Maintenance: Install and configure software, maintain IT peripherals, and perform data backups.
