Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a Civil & Structural Engineer to perform 3D design analysis and manage projects. Candidates should have a relevant degree and familiarity with local regulations and design software. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior working experiences in structural engineering in Building Projects would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D structural design analysis using software.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.

Requirements

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Prior working experiences in structural engineering in Building Projects would be added advantage
• Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM preferred
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration
