Responsibilities

• Assist Creative Director on the day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage a team of designers on their daily tasks.
• Seek and procure new Key Accounts for the Company.
• Collaborate with the Account Service and Project Management team.
• Lead in pitching for projects and potential accounts.
• Increase the success rate of design pitches.
• Expand the Company’s services geographically.
• Lead and mentor all designers within the team.
• Improve work processes and efficiencies.
• Review and improve administrative procedures and policies.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties.

A Day In The Life

• Assist Creative Director on the day-to-day operations
• Lead and manage a team of designers of various disciplines on their day to day tasks
• Seek and procure new Key Accounts for the Company
• Work in close collaboration with the Account Service and Project Management team to secure new accounts and projects
• Lead in pitching for projects and potential accounts in Singapore and any other Kingsmen office when required, including overseeing the progress through the various stages
• Increase the success rate of design pitches and tender submissions
• Expand the Company’s services to a wider geographical spectrum
• Lead and mentor all designers within the team, improve and better their skills and the level of their design outputs and qualities
• Expand capabilities of the design manager
• Improve the work processes and efficiencies within the Company
• Review and improve the administrative procedures and policies
• Perform any other adhoc duties
