Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Analyze costing, plan budgets, and estimate quantities for M&E projects.
• Prepare preliminary design drawings and design calculations.
• Source and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently.
• Lead pre-tender meetings and assign team members’ duties during estimate preparation.
• Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E tendering and project cost control.
