Job Description
  • Support the sourcing/evaluation/execution of BD pipelines for environment-related / infrastructure projects/tenders/development.

  • Structure commercial/contractual arrangements including planning and implementing strategies for targeted projects/tenders/development.

  • Drive deals and process management including performance of financial and technical evaluations, risk assessment etc. of projects leading to approvals/endorsement from management.

  • Play a key role in the execution of deals, taking responsibility for building financial models and conducting due diligence.

  • Prepare investment papers and recommendations for investment approvals.

  • Conduct marketing activities across the Environment business.

  • Assist in the review of technologies/setups and M&A opportunities.

  • Consolidate monthly/periodic reporting processes for KI Group.

  • Any tasks or jobs assigned by Management.

Additional Job Description
  • Degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Finance or related disciplines.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role.

  • Any previous experience in related field, i.e. process/WTE/power industries would be advantageous.

  • Strong fundamental and technical analysis and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and key research databases.

  • Experience in financial analysis and modelling.

  • Strong lead and team player, proactive and meticulous.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Travelling will be required, and overseas assignment might be necessary.
