Job description

What the role is:

When assigned with a case, you shall conduct a thorough investigation based on the procedures prescribed under the relevant legislations and in accordance with the directives of the instructing committees.

What you will be working on:

• Conduct clinic visits and perform seizure, when required


• Ensure proper custody and records of exhibits seized


• Analyse clinical notes and other relevant documents


• Conduct investigative interviews with the relevant parties


• Ensure that the stipulated investigative timelines are strictly adhered to


• Submit investigation reports based on findings to the Board / Instruction Committees


• Maintain investigation files in accordance with records management requirement.

In addition to the above, you may also be called upon to provide testimonies at Disciplinary Committee / Tribunal inquiries or to undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Experience in investigation or enforcement work


• Excellent command in spoken and written English


• Meticulous and able to work both independently and as a team


• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline


• Proficient in IT skills, with the ability to understand and apply available technology solution to advance process efficiency, will be an added advantage
