This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping the technology vision, strengthening architectural governance, and ensuring alignment between IT and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term technology direction.
• Establish and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, governance model, policies, and standards across all domains.
• Lead architecture and security reviews for key strategic projects, ensuring solutions meet_hit enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive architecture governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale, complex environments—preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance, policy design, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of EA methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience designing and managing cloud architectures (hybrid, public, or private) and enterprise-grade systems.
• Solid understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, payment gateways, and cybersecurity principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
