Responsibilities

• Create an inviting environment for kids.
• Perform front desk duties including patient registration and billing.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist dentist during procedures and with X-rays.

Job Description

• Creating an inviting and fun environment for kids
• Perform front desk duties (registration, scheduling, answering patient enquiries, assisting doctor’s needs, billing)
• Dispense medication
• Sterilising equipment and maintain clinic cleanliness
• Assist with dental X-rays
• Oversee clinic operations and workflow
• Maintain stock inventory
• Assist dentist during procedures
• Caring for comfort of pediatric patients
• Contribute to social media account of clinic

Requirements

• Minimum N /O levels
• Relevant working experience eg dental industry, customer service, tourism
• PC /Computer literacy
• Good interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
• Good with children
• Training provided for successful candidates
