A leading cloud technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to lead a team of Delivery Consultants and support transformative projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage team dynamics, oversee IT strategies, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT and Management Consulting, along with strong leadership and project management skills. This position requires a minimum of five days on-site presence in the AWS offices for customer engagements.
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our Associate to Consultant (A2C) ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) to help us grow our early-in-career talent. In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.
As part of leading and building our complex and ambitious "Associate to Consultant" (A2C) SDT, you will elevate the technical execution and delivery of your team of early-in-career Associate Consultants. You will manage approximately 10-20 Associate Consultants who are trained, coached, and mentored to develop into productive, customer-facing technical consultants across Infrastructure, Application Development, DevOps, Data, and Security.
This position requires on-site presence at AWS offices or customer locations for a minimum of five days per week. Remote work is not available. The role demands regular in-person attendance and travel throughout the United States and internationally as business needs dictate.
