• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and freight arrangements.

  Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

  Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure timely delivery of goods.

  Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

  Track and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

  Handle logistics-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

  Assist in procurement planning and replenishment processes.

  Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.

  Maintain regular communication with sales and operations teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.
