Our client, global leader in its sector, is looking for regional Business/Solutions Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SD/MM) to support the end-to-end governance and delivery of SAP solutions across multiple project phases. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to ensure high-quality solution design, implementation, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
The Role
Solution Governance & Delivery
- Lead and govern SAP SD/MM technical and functional solutions across all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Analyse and evaluate business requirements, translating them into scalable and compliant SAP solutions.
- Ensure solution alignment with company policies, compliance standards, audit controls, statutory rules, and legal requirements.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful system enhancements, issue resolutions, and continuous improvements.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all solution changes, configurations, and project deliverables.
Business Engagement
- Partner with business users to understand operational needs within Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory support for SAP logistics functionalities.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and functional design sessions.
System Support & Enhancements
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD/MM modules, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Participate in regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancement.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules in functional or techno-functional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes: Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Delivery, Billing, Material Master, Pricing, and Stock Movements.
- Experience driving solution governance across multiple project phases.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, audit requirements, and statutory regulations related to system changes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English/Chinese
