Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and construction of the company’s database infrastructure, with extensive hands-on operations experience in MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.; able to respond quickly to production incidents and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.

• Responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of core database systems, providing 7×24 operational support.

• Responsible for database configuration management, upgrades, capacity expansion, backup, data migration, and related tasks.

• Conduct database performance diagnosis, analysis, system optimization, issue tracking, and ensure timely resolution.

• Build and maintain database-related platforms and operational tools to continuously improve operational efficiency.

• Explore and research new technologies in the database domain and stay updated with cutting-edge database technologies.

• Manage and maintain database products on Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud, including cloud-based access and permission management related to database services.

• Responsible for the preparation, organization, and maintenance of database-related documentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years ofexperience as a MySQL DBA.

• Strong understanding of MySQL fundamentals, internal mechanisms, system architecture, performance optimization, high-availability solutions, and related middleware technologies.

• Proficient in database management tools, including monitoring, backup, recovery, flashback, data archiving, and MySQL stress testing.

• In-depth understanding of MySQL indexing, locking, transactions, and master-slave replication; capable of troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving database issues based on these principles.

• Proficient in the operation, maintenance, performance optimization, data migration, and troubleshooting of Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and other database systems.

• Familiar with Linux/Unix operating systems; capable of developing automation scripts and tools using two or more programming languages, such as Shell, Python, or Go.

• Familiar with mainstream cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud, with hands-on experience using cloud database products including RDS, Redis, MongoDB, and DTS.

• Familiar with distributed system principles, with practical experience using distributed relational databases such as TiDB, OceanBase, and PolarDB.

• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong communication skills and a good sense of teamwork and collaboration.
