Job Summary

The Data Solutions Analyst at GrapheneAI will lead the translation of stakeholder requirements into actionable KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and quality throughout solution implementation. You will drive end-to-end project delivery by validating data, designing automation, and delivering insightful reports that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new data solutions and manage ongoing project execution to meet timelines and deliverables
• Analyze project requirements and translate business needs into precise technical specifications
• Collaborate with Solutions and Delivery teams to define and implement business and technical features aligned with project goals
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation accessible to both business and technical stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues by proposing effective, mutually beneficial solutions
• Define and apply data validation criteria and transformation logic to ensure dataset integrity across projects
• Design and enhance automation processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability
• Produce accurate, insightful reports and dashboards that support project objectives and stakeholder decision-making
• Manage communication and expectations across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Recruit and oversee analysts as needed to support project delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience working with large datasets and resolving data quality challenges
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills demonstrated by solving complex data problems
• Skilled in creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation for diverse audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration
• Strong time management skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology with specialization in Data/Business Analytics
• Experience as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Assurance (QC), or related IT role with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
