• Collaborate with cross-function teams to enhance and deploy Automated Valuation Model for property pricing prediction, demandforecastingand market trend analysis.

• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML solutions into real estate platforms.

• Optimizemodel performance and scalability in a production environment.

• Monitor and evaluate model performance using key metrics and ensure continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to real estate use cases.

Requirements:

• MinimumBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, ora relatedfield. Master's and PhD degree holders are welcome to apply

• 0 - 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production depending on educational qualifications.

• Strongproficiencyin Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Pandas packages.
