We are seeking a talented Data Scientistto join our teaminREA. You willbe responsible fordeveloping, deploying, andoptimizingmachine learning models that enhance property valuation, market analysis, customer insights, and investment decision-making. This role requires strongexpertisein machine learning, data science, and software development to build predictive models and intelligent systems tailored for the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-function teams to enhance and deploy Automated Valuation Model for property pricing prediction, demandforecastingand market trend analysis.
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML solutions into real estate platforms.
Optimizemodel performance and scalability in a production environment.
Monitor and evaluate model performance using key metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to real estate use cases.
Requirements:
MinimumBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, ora relatedfield. Master's and PhD degree holders are welcome to apply
0 - 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production depending on educational qualifications.
Strongproficiencyin Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Pandas packages.
Proficiencyin working with SQL
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communicationskills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
