Rolling Arrays is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead data migration and testing efforts for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This role requires expertise in handling large-scale data migration and quality assurance processes, with a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC), given its significance in the migration process.
Data Migration Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and mapping specifications.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness in the migration process.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate migrated data and address any discrepancies.
- Provide guidance on data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Testing Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of test scenarios, scripts, and execution results.
- Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in data migration methodologies and tools for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is highly preferred, given its key role in data migration.
- Proficiency in test management tools and processes, including UAT and SIT.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central or Data Migration) is a plus.
- Experience working on large-scale HR transformation projects.
- Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Recruiting, Learning, or Performance) is advantageous.
