Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience in data operations, compliance operations, privacy operations, risk, audit, or related fields.
  • Experience in data development and strong SQL capabilities (able to run scripts, verify output, and handle large datasets).
  • Support and data governance/privacy experience.
  • Familiar with global privacy frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, and Singapore PDPA.
  • Experience in internal or external audits, compliance assessments, or risk reviews.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Execute and maintain SQL scripts to support compliance monitoring, audits, reporting, and data lifecycle workflows.
  • Drive regional data compliance management across collection, storage, processing, usage, analysis, and sharing.
  • Translate privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPA) into actionable operational controls.
  • Provide compliance evaluation and data support to business teams (e.g., product, ops, customer success, sales).
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, optimize processes, and improve data governance readiness across the region.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
  • 3‑5 years of work experience in data operations, compliance operations, privacy operations, risk, audit, or related fields.

  • Familiar with global privacy frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, and Singapore PDPA.

  • Preferred:
  • Experience working in AI, SaaS, or Tech environments with fast‑moving data and product teams.
  • Exposure to data compliance topics such as data retention, data access controls, consent tracking, or cross‑border transfers.
  • Understanding of enterprise data systems (e.g., data warehouse, ETL, data pipelines) and common governance tooling.
  • Experience supporting internal or external audits, compliance assessments, or risk reviews.
