Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the solution design, architecture design, coding, and system maintenance of the company-level data platform backend services, including but not limited to the backend services of the data platform and data analytics systems.
2. Responsible for designing and implementing highly available advertising delivery systems that support high concurrency and low latency requirements.
3. Based on massive advertising delivery data, improve the ad/user-level delivery monitoring system and provide tools for delivery analysis and optimization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in developing big data platform systems and practical experience in large-scale complex systems.
2. Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming; in-depth understanding of memory models, concurrent programming, networking, and JVM.
3. Expertise in designing and optimizing typical distributed systems, including microservices, NoSQL databases, message queues, Zookeeper, Kubernetes, etc.
4. Proficient in big data platform technologies such as Hadoop, Flink, Doris, Spark, Hudi, etc.
5. Highly self-motivated, willing to explore new domains and technologies, quick-thinking, with strong communication, coordination, planning, execution, decision-making, and organizational management skills.
