• Unbox, inspect, and verify hardware before setup.
• Perform basic maintenance (e.g. reboot, cable replace).
• Handle ticket response, planning, and execution.
• Coordinate with data center teams for access and support.

Job Requirements

• Handle labeling, asset tracking, and hardware/environment inspections.
• Perform OS installations, switch setups, console/AnyDesk access.
