Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years’ experience in IT support & monitoring or data center management.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
• Experience with testing mobile apps on iOS and Android preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and elevate issues during peak periods.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage warranty claims for hardware components.
• Maintain accurate tracking of inventory and assets.
• Monitor stock levels and notify personnel when restocking is needed.
