A leading workforce solutions company in Singapore is looking for an experienced D365 Finance Solution Architect to lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in process consulting, strong functional finance expertise, and the ability to effectively manage client expectations. The position emphasizes collaboration in an offshore-on-site delivery model, ensuring the right business solutions are in place. In this role, applicants will drive project execution and gather requirements from key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.
• Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies including Sure Step and Agile.
• Solid experience in process consulting, including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation from L1–L4.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Solution Architect on behalf of our client to lead and support end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional finance expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects
• Design finance solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
• Drive process consultancy by documenting and defining AS-IS and TO-BE business processes from L1 to L4 levels
• Collaborate effectively in an Onsite–Offshore delivery model
• Provide functional guidance to implementation and support teams
• Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects
• Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies including Sure Step and Agile
• Hands-on experience across finance business functions such as:
• Finance
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Fixed Assets
• Project Accounting
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience working in an Offshore–Onsite delivery model
• Solid experience in process consulting, including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation from L1–L4

Nice to have skills

• Experience working on D365 F&O support engagements
