About the Role
- Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.)
- Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements
- Design, develop and implement secure IAM systems architectures
- Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies.
- Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Embed IAM security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices.
- Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements · Develop identity management governance plans
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
- Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request, certification and user Lifecycle Management Processes
- Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality.
- Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions.
- Perform routine activities related to the IAM periodic review and audit activities of the systems and maintain documentation of security standards and procedures
- Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements
- Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent education
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc Essential Skills:
- Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc)
- Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL · Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
- Working knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
- Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment · Demonstrated track record as a team player · Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
