Responsibilities
  • Conduct and prepare, weekly and monthly reports on Customer Satisfaction Survey (200 cases per month or 50 cases per week with monthly report)
  • Handle media platforms and provide support to the Public
  • Performs coordination duties, including answering of phone calls, reminder calls to contractors and/or deployment of contractors
  • Reply of emails to Town Council's general mailbox.
  • Office administration, such as filing of records and compiling of Call Statistics Reports, etc.
Requirements
  • Atleast 4 O level passes including English
  • IT inclined & web savvy
  • Properly trained on basic telephone handling techniques
