Role: Customer Success Manager (Virtual Customers & Clients)
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Virtual and other clients
  • Troubleshoot and triage client issues, offering practical and innovativesolutions
  • Coordinate client deliverables with the operations team
  • Work closely with the accounting and product teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
