Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Support retail operations including cashiering, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Work closely with the team to achieve outlet sales and service targets
Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service / retail experience (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and grooming that reflects brand image
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required
