Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service role focusing on service operations and sales administration. The candidate should be able to start immediately and will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and assisting in various admin tasks. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales administration is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP. This opportunity is based in Science Park.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in SAP will be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to liaise with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Assist in generating reports.
  • Process incoming orders ensuring price accuracy and stock sufficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers on order status and inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Provide other admin support as required.
