Job summary

A leading staffing firm in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to support PH and delivery drivers. Responsibilities include assisting with transactions and managing light inventory. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and familiarity with CRM tools. This role is based in Tampines, Singapore, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance and support to PH and delivery drivers.
  • Facilitating different types of transactions.
  • Light inventory management (ie. topping up of stocks).

Our client is a one of the largest app platforms operating in Singapore

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance and support to PH and delivery drivers
  • Facilitating different types of transactions
  • Light inventory management (ie. topping up of stocks)

Work Location: Tampines, Singapore
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday from 9:45 am - 6:45 pm
