Responsibilities
- Ensures highest standard of service delivery to tenants/ customers/visitors.
- Handle first level enquires, through incoming calls, email or walk in
- Understand tenants/ customers/ visitors needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answer to their queries and concerns.
- Gather tenants/ customers feedback and sentiments and elevate to the relevant parties for further actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with tenants/ customers.
- Ensure smooth visitors registration.
- Assist and provide support for tenant events activities in the aspects of registration to ensure events organized by tenants within the building premises run smoothly.
- Manage car park application including promoting season parking.
- Coordinate with relevant parties on tenant directory, digital panel, website and TV screen.
- Maintain and improve service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Attend to urgent cases referred by Building Manager.
