Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage import/export documentation and provide customer support. Responsibilities include liaising with shipping companies and coordinating shipment preparations. Candidates should have a GCE N or O level/Diploma and preferably experience in logistics. A positive attitude and teamwork skills are essential.

Job Description
- Arrange Import/Export Documentation & Processes
- Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement)
- Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
- To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks, barcode labelling)
- Handling customer enquires or complaints
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
- Prepare Profit and loss for each shipment.
- Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
- Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
- Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
- Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
