A leading water cooler provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to process improvements. Opportunities for career advancement exist within the company. Regular office hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Monthly salary: $2,300.00 to $2,500.00
5-day week (Monday to Friday)
Regular office hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Easily accessible work location: International Plaza (above Tanjong Pagar MRT station)
On-the-job training will be provided
Career advancement opportunities and job rotation for the incumbent with the potential for supervisory and / or managerial role.
Reporting to the Senior Manager the incumbent will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.
