Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage reception duties and provide exceptional one-on-one service for scheduled appointments. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in both Japanese and Chinese to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders from these backgrounds. Strong hospitality and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles.
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
