About the role

Centennial Business Suites Coworking Operator with 10 business centres in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team based in the Raffles Place/Suntec City Central Region. This full-time role will have you interacting directly with our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to tenant inquiries and requests via phone, email and live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance
  2. Resolve tenant issues and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as order processing and inventory management
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  7. Ensuring Business Centre is well maintained
  8. Handling vendors invoice and invoicing tenants
  9. Handling incoming calls, virtual offices tenants, couriers
  10. Able to handle vendors for service and maintenance
